The Heritage and Identity WBLT guides grade 6 students through a portion of the revised 2018, Ontario Social Studies curriculum unit of Heritage and Identity: Communities in Canada Past and Present.

Intended Audience
The Heritage and Identity WBLT is intended for Ontario Grade 6 students and educators to support Social Studies education.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this WBLT, the user should be able to:
- Explain the contributions to Canadian identities made by various groups.
- Investigate the historical or contemporary experiences of various groups from different perspectives.
- Understand the significance of historical or contemporary experiences of various groups.
