This mental health module is designed to educate students ages 14-18 on key terms associated with mental health, the effects of overusing social media and how it can affect their mental health.

Intended Audience
The Adolescent Mental Health WBLT is intended for Ontario students ages 14-18 to support Health Education and Well Being.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this WBLT, the user should be able to:
- Identify key terms associated with mental health & depression
- Identify strategies to foster positive mental health
- Demonstrate knowledge on how to responsibly use social media to promote positive mental health practices
- Collaboratively contribute to an information board illustrating aspects of mental health
- Gain information on how to access and locate resources on mental health (Support/Identification)
