Description
This Web-Based Learning Tool (WBLT) will focus specifically on what mental health is, what anxiety and depression are, and strategies for living with the many emotions we may feel. Included in the WBLT is a list of resources and support hotlines for youth who may be looking to receive help.

Intended Audience
This website is intended for youth (ages 14-18) looking to learn more about mental health.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this WBLT, the user should be able to:
- understand what encompasses mental health
- understand the difference between Mental Disorder and Mental Health Problem
- describe their feelings using appropriate language
- identify what anxiety and depression are, including the signs and symptoms
- utilize specific strategies to foster positive mental health
- access mental health supports and resources
