Description
This WBLT is designed for users to learn about early societies between 300 BCE - 1500 CE. It guides learners through an inquiry process to explore the ways of life and relationships in early societies compared to current day societies. Users form a deeper understanding of the interrelationships between the environment and life in these societies.

Intended Audience
This WBLT is for elementary students at a Grade 4 level.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this WBLT, the user should be able to:
- Compare key aspects of life in early societies.
- Describe key similarities and differences between early societies and present - day societies.
- Demonstrate a concrete understanding of the relationships between the environment and life in early societies.
- Identify climate challenges in these early societies and current day and provide effective solutions to them.
